Inspections
As State Certified Building and Roofing Contractors, we are licensed to perform Wind Mitigation inspections that often qualify homeowners for discounts on the wind portion of their insurance. The required Wind Mitigation form is a 4 page questionaire that deals with:
- the roofing material
- the dry-in material
- the deck nailing
- the truss/rafter connections
- the roof design
- the wall construction type
- opening protection
We do this inspection as a free service as part of our current re-roof jobs. We also perform the inspection for others. Our normal fee for this service is $125.00 which has the potential of saving hundreds of dollars anually on your insurance premiums.
